Advanced: White Belt 3 Stripe & AboveWhite belt 3 stripes and above. This class is a medium to high level workout of advanced drills and training for students with a good grasp on the basic concepts. Focuses more on development of endurance and specific sparring situations |

Black Belt BJJ: Blue Belt & AboveThis is the ultimate class to further your training. This class is fast paced and focuses on smaller technique details and timing. This class will help you reach the peak of your Jiu Jitsu experience. |
